1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and ef999 ("ef999", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ef999 website, mobile-optimised platform, all gaming products, sports betting markets, and related services accessible at ef999.bio and its associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Member on the ef999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) funds held in a Member's ef999 wallet, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins values, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account by ef999, subject to individual promotion terms.
• "BDT" means Banglad eshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required by ef999 before processing withdrawals or as directed by ef999's compliance procedures.
• "Platform" means the ef999 website, all gaming software, sports betting interfaces, payment systems, customer support channels, and any other services operated by ef999.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable child protection standards.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ef999 Platform is operated for and directed to residents of Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ef999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.

3.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ef999 Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ef999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ef999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all winnings, and retain all deposited funds pending investigation.

3.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh National ID number, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at the time of registration, or failing to update your information when it changes, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. ef999 may also require KYC completion at any time during the Account lifecycle as part of ongoing compliance review.

4.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC verification at ef999 requires the following:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or Passport;
• A recent selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your NID or Passport;

4.2 Verification Timeline

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Member fails to complete KYC within a reasonable period of being requested to do so, or if the documents submitted do not pass verification, ef999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, place the Account under review, or close the Account. In cases of suspected identity fraud, ef999 may withhold funds indefinitely pending further investigation.

5. Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ef999 Login credentials, including your username and password. ef999 strongly recommends that all Members use a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service, and that Members enable two-factor authentication where available.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. ef999 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as activity carried out by you, regardless of whether that activity was actually authorised by you. ef999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact ef999 customer support immediately via the on-site live chat channel. ef999 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving a verified notification from the registered Account holder.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing times at ef999 are as follows:

7.3 Bonus Abuse

9. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ef999 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the below activities will have their Account suspended immediately, all associated funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or loophole in the Platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the ef999 deposit and withdrawal system to cycle funds without genuine wagering intent;
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live dealer, or other competitive game format;
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with any game outcome, sporting event result, or odds-setting process;

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by ef999

ef999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where ef999 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by compliance obligations. During a suspension period, the Member will not be able to place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

10.2 Termination by ef999

ef999 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed, where required by law or regulatory direction, or where continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, ef999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance. In all other cases of termination by ef999, the verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Members who wish to close their ef999 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. ef999 will process the Account closure and return the verified real-money Balance within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion and confirmation that no open wagers or pending bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ef999's total liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of the Member's real-money Account Balance at the time the claim arises. ef999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.

ef999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside ef999's reasonable control may cause temporary Platform unavailability. ef999 will endeavour to notify Members of scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

ef999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by Members in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ef999 will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ef999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ef999 will notify registered Members via the email address or contact method registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification is issued, or immediately in cases where the amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and ef999 in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ef999's internal dispute resolution process, which is initiated by contacting customer support via the on-site live chat channel.

ef999 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours of receipt and to issue a final determination within 14 business days.
